We use Royal Mail First Class Post for UK deliveries
of Stationery and Embellishments and they aim to
deliver the next working day. Other non-stock
may take up to 5 working days.
Every effort is made to ensure that the items arrive
to you in good condition and on time.
However, we cannot be held responsible for items that
are lost, delayed or damaged as
they pass through the postal system.
We cannot be held responsible for any failure or delay
in delivery due to circumstances beyond our control
including failure of suppliers or partners.
In accordance with Consumer Contracts Regulations
return postage costs are to be paid by the customer on
non faulty goods. Wedding-Ink we pay the return postage
for faulty goods.
